Wow! I am constantly amazed at the community initiatives undertaken by two hands one heart. The team is passionate about equipping people with the necessary skills to respond to medical emergencies. Founded by two first generation immigrants, they are skillful in delivering this training to new comers and refugees in Canada who may struggle to understand when taught through conventional main stream ways. They carefully simplify the information for understanding even for children. Amazing team, effective delivery.

Heart saver® CPR AED
Heartsaver is the essential CPR and automated external defibrillator (AED) course. Foundational and flexible, Heartsaver provides you with the skills and confidence to respond to a cardiac arrest.

BLS Blended Renewal
BLS Blended Renewal is the fundamental renewal course for healthcare professionals and emergency medical providers, combining self-paced online learning and in-person instructor-led skills training.
BLS sessions occur monthly on the second Tuesday, with November 14th marking the first Tuesday. The same schedule applies to Recertification. Heartsaver sessions take place every second Sunday, with the initial session on the 19th.

Standard First Aid – Level C Recertification
Standard First Aid Recertification is 1-day course intended for people whose current Standard First Aid CPR AED Level C card is nearing expiry.
The dates for the training for First Aid classes are the 17th & 18th and every 2 weeks after which would be the 2nd and 3rd.
